What was the highlight of Valencia Palacete
Very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.
The building and rooms were very nice.
There is no reception on site. There is only a reception phone number to call between 14.00 and 22.00 approximately. As I was given an incorrect, cheaper room to what I had booked and payed for, that had a shared bathroom, this was a major problem. I only managed to speak to someone once but the phone line wasn't clear and the call was ended before any discussion could be had. I left multiple voice mails, none of which were responded to. I also emailed multiple times but so far have received no response or an irrelevant response.
